Selected for their mastery of bodywork and healing, Elements' world-class therapists are trained in multiple modalities, each with their own unique touch and energy.  Every 60 or 90 minute session includes a foot scrub and the complimentary use of Aromatherapy essential oils, making an Elements massage steps above the rest.  In addition Elements' practitioners are capable of customizing and adapting to each clients' specific needs and goals.  Elements' amenities include seperate women's and men's locker room areas complete with shower and changing area.

Alpine Arnica Deep Muscle Repair
An intensive massage, incorporating Elements' anti-inflammatory Arnica Muscle Repair Gel, this treatment is designed to reach deeper layers of muscle fibers to release tightness, tension and constrictions.

Deep Tissue Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
"The deepest, most luxurious massage on the planet." Deep, slow, barefoot compression massage strokes are applied to the body while the therapist balances her/his body weight using an overhead parallel bar system.  Traditional Barefoot Shiatsu techniques are also incorporated to interrupt pain patterns and facilitate healing.  This is a must try for those who just can't get enough deep tissue work.

Hot LavaStone or Warm Salt Stone Massage
Traditional Swedish massage and trigger point therapy using smooth, black Mexican beach stones or warm, pink Himalayan salt stones to promote a deep state of relaxation and ease muscle aches and pains.

All the benefits of massage in the privacy of the Salt Cave; choose one of Elements' 60 minute massage services (excluding Ashiatsu) and add $240 for the ultimate indulgence. 

Body Melt Back Therapy
The ultimate relaxing experience, combining deep, intensive massage with steaming hot towels steeped in warming herbs and essences of Arnica, Willow Bark and Birch.  Tension deep within spinal muscles is unraveled with the anti-inflammatory properties of natural Alpine Arnica gel in this powerful therapy.

Mommy Massage
For the mom-to-be; prenatal therapy to soothe the discomforts of pregnancy. Pregnant women are always beautiful, but don't always feel beautiful; this beautiful massage can lift her spirits and ease her aches, pains and issues with puffiness.  A definite, luxurious must-have for your mommy-in-waiting.

This is the place where two can commune and allow the warm mineral waters, oils and herbs to flow, encouraging healthy bodies and minds. Stimulate, nourish, rest and detox  in our big-enough-for-two jetted bubbling therapy tub - a perfect start before entering the pink Himalayan Salt Cave, or before or after a Couples' massage.

Elements Tub and Rub for Two
Heighten the romance while you soak away the cares of the day in a warm, scented, mineral water and herbal-infused warm tub for 30 minutes.  Next, the two of you receive Elements Signature Massage in the privacy of the Water Room.  What could be better?  Add $200 to your treatment and move the massage into the Salt Cave - surely a treatment the two of you will never forget.
